Payment
Meridian Tours requires payment in full, 30 days max - 8 days min in advance of the date of the tour. Deposits by Credit Card (details confirmation to be held on file to secure booking also to cover cancellation fees); or deposit paid by EFT. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation Fee
48 hours min notice of cancellation of a tour departure in writing ( by email ) direct to the office of Meridian Tours. Non-compliance incurs a fee of 40% of the contracted tour rate.
If outside service providers are engaged, then their cancellation conditions will override and apply.
Should changes to the itinerary occur due to unforeseen circumstances (NOT including weather conditions); Meridian Tours will implement a similar itinerary or activity at no further charge.

Meridian Tours disclaims responsibility for any loss or damage including inconsequential loss or damage sustained to a third party arising out of a guided tour or related activity or otherwise.
